I preset it long ago:

The End of August

As my personal deadline

Of a strenuous Translation.

The word world inflated,

Then fermented for a while

Besieging premises of comprehension

Until I finally surrendered

To set off on a journey

I didn’t know the goal of

It has expired

I’m looking for the promised landscape

But it’s torrential rain all over

A threadlike structure

Of a fluid crystal

No one suspected

To be coming in existence

Before it popped up

And erased

What had been

Unthoughtfully predicted.

Surprise! Surprise!

At least you’re on you own

Released  from the straightjacketing chrysalis

… once again…
